Mastering Legal Research

Research is defined by the Oxford Dictionary as the careful study of a subject in order to discover new facts or information about it. It has also been described as a process or steps that are used to collect and analyze information to increase the existing information about that issue. These definitions suggest that what is researched is as important as the process or method of research that is adopted. Research is basically an organized quest to find answers or information about something.
