The Exodus of Law and Legal Methods

The gradual development of law in East Africa has been persistently eminent, contrary to the perceived views and critiques of legal methods. This book articulates a subsequent history of various legal disciplines in the East African region and lays down a firm foundation of law in the region. It is to make substantive law subjects for fresh law scholars more effective and to encourage a more rounded approach to the study of law.
