Public International Law

This text on Public International Law is a product of the author's experience as a lecturer of Public International Law and other branches of this independent legal system. The book also responds to a vacuum which has existed and continues to exist in the scholarship of Public International Law, particularly in Kenya and the African Continent in general. It is an attempt to fill this gap and to do so from a perspective which is much closer to the environment where it is written and reflects some of the realities on the ground. It will hopefully assist both scholars and students of international law, in their study and research. It has also covered some branches of international law often untouched, for example, the International Sports Law.
